1. Introduction Welcome to K-Arise Store By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Order and Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered at scheduled intervals:
  
  • Monday – Saturday: 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM
    
  • Sunday: 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
    
• Customers must ensure someone is available to collect the order at the designated time.
  
• Upon delivery, customers are required to pick up their orders within 5 minutes. Failure to do so will result in additional shipping charges for any reattempted deliveries.
  
• Orders placed after the last delivery time of the day will be delivered during the next scheduled delivery period the following day.
  

3. Payment

• All payments must be completed before order processing and delivery.
  
• Accepted payment methods include [list accepted payment methods].
  

4. Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed for delivery.

• After 30 mins to an 1 hour of placing an order, the order cannot be modified or cancelled

5. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other disruptions.
